Hacking Flashcart Question

How come there haven't been any flashcart companies trying to make flashcarts with things like IR for games that use it and DSi Enhanced flashcarts for DSi Enhanced games and DSi Homebrew from a flashcart?

The impression I got was that the DSi mode hasn't been hacked really because we need the common key and only a few games use IR so it would be a bit of a waste

Uh...because they know that the 3DS is on the way and they will add support for DS, DSi, and 3DS games with some mega-awesome flashcard?

Flashcart in a way is homebrew. Cause you are running an unsigned and modified ARM7 code. It may fool DS mode but not DSi mode.

Plus DSi exclusive game are all shovelware and people for the most part, can live without DSi enhanced feature.

Now that 3DS is coming, I highly doubt DSi enhanced cartridge will happen.
