Hacking Flash Cards

I am thinking of buying a new flash card (the GBATemp Special edition DSTWO to be precise) but want to know whether or not I will have to buy another one to play 3D 3DS games?

Nobody knows, because nothing can play "3D" 3DS games yet.

But most likely, you won't be able to run any 3DS games from the current flashcarts.

The hardware on the DSTWO or any other current flashcart will NOT be able to play 3D 3DS games. You WILL have to buy a new card. If you've got a decent card like an AK2i don't bother upgrading, but otherwise I'd upgrade.
