This is the current status, it seems to include a little piracy scandal:

SciresM dumped the key, gave it to various people, including a user of the Halley's Comet forums by the name of "bxaimc" who used it to decrypt the pirated BigBlueBox xci file and extract the music, yet SciresM claims to be against piracy.

I think we all know who else possesses this key! COUGH RandomTalkingBush COUGH

Anyone who dared to mention this got insta-banned from the ReSwitched Discord. Including me.

You were banned because you engaged in a several hour long conversation in which you were allowed a lot of leeway but kept attempting to ask for piracy aid (even openly admitting to downloading warez) - despite repeated warnings and requests to learn how to carry a conversation better (and even a kick after which you were allowed to rejoin but continued...).

I'm deeply sorry for accusing you of participating in piracy, it was just a shitty knee jerk response to the Discord ban.

I was just extremely annoyed, and I knowingly made a false accusation.

I take full responsibility, and I apologize profusely for it.

I know that you only gave him the method to dump the keys, but I spun that in a way to spite you.

FYI, I never actually downloaded the warez, I merely found a source to download them and I gloated about it by saying "if I was, say, provided with the XCI file".

Since then, I managed to dump the full contents of my Super Mario Odyssey cartridge, which I legitimately purchased.

I did it from my 1.0.0 Switch by using a private homebrew tool, which saved it as a .bin and I renamed it to .xci. (I won't name the tool, but i'm sure you know EXACTLY what i'm talking about!)

The CRC hash matches the one on nswdb.com

Unfortunately, I am still unable to decrypt it however, as I haven't been able to dump the NCA body key.

Furthermore, I also retract my statement about FreeShop, as I discovered there is a setting to auto-download title keys from a URL. That officially makes it a piracy tool.

There's 24 parts in total, and when I said on Discord that I deleted the XCI file, I legitimately deleted part01.rar.
The file host is the shadiest thing you can imagine, it took 2 hours to download that 1 part and I couldn't actually download the 23 others without some premium subscription bullshit.

Regarding the cartridge:

Yes, I do own a cartridge and an eShop copy.

But, as you know, the cartridge dump was pulled directly out of my arsehole. It was a complete lie, obviously. Literally nothing came out of it.

What I do have, however, are I have the files "00" and "01" from the eShop version, which I concatenated using copy /b in cmd to create a full NCA.

I can't verify it works, though, due to your new ncatool not compiling via GnuWin. It chucks up a "make - gcc - command not found" error.
