I found something! EXPERIMENTAL but WORKING backup loader here:

Anyone up for trying it? I would but i have other stuff to download and cant be arsed to download a iso.

EDIT: Before the staff start moaning, this file does not cotain anything illegal. there is just a .dol, .xml and some other file which i don't know what to open with.

Let's rename it the RickLoader.
The preloader file is indeed a rickroll:

Audio: MPEG Audio 48000Hz stereo 64Kbps [Audio 1]
Plays fine in Media Player Classic.

I wonder, does it play on the wii or is it meant to be played in windows? Because I want to rickload my friends
