First game too ever spoop you

The game over screen from Alien 3 on SNES. My brother borrowed that game from one of his friends when it was new. hoo-boy it was scary for a smol Issac.

The first game to ever spoop me when I wasn't a smol boi, was probably Silent Hill. The nervous tension of knowing that something MIGHT happen. Starting sweating. Inching forward in a snail's pace, just because something MIGHT happen.... and when nothing happens... it's unbearable!

Middle of the night. No lights on. Headphones on (that's the important bit)
Dicking around on Black & White, not really knowing what I was doing, but happy ....and out of nowhere this woman's voice: "Deeeeaaattttthhhh!!"
Glitch maybe, so dicked around for another five minutes or so...."Ddeeeaaattthhh!!"
 - Freaked the shit out of me and I never played it again! (And I was probably in my mid-twenties at this point!)

The first Quake game on PC.
Not really that I was 'spooked' so much... but the music, the visuals, and the whole game, really made me excited and scared and defined my taste in music and gaming for a long time.
I remember being a kid and playing it and thinking I'd never seen anything so intimidating and stimulating. The whole style was amazing.

Breath of Fire II. When you head into a cave to escape the rain storm and follow the tail.

Alternatively, Elder Scrolls IV. The first zombie you run into in the imperial dungeon escape.
