Hacking Firmware V24 & Game Manager V24 Available

Firmware V24 & Game Manager V24 are available over at M3's Website.

Changes:

- Compatibility fixes from V23 that caused some games to freeze.
- Improved soft-reset function.

For those that don't want to suffer the 1k/sec download rate that I just did..

Rapidshare. I don't use Rapidshare, so if there's a limited number of downloads or something, I apologize.

BTW, what was wrong with the Soft-Reset function before? I never had any problems with it previously...
