Hacking Firmware download For M3 DS Real

I tried Downloading the Firmware from the M3 website. The file is a zip file. When I try to unzip it, it says that the file is corrupt??? I tried downloading it again, and it has the same problem. Is there another source for the firmware? Could someone else try and see if it works for them.
