Hacking firmware 4.0E with HBC

Hi there i have got firmware 4.0e . With HBC but'i dont have installed any other ios. When i wont to downgrade or install a wad file nothing works.
Does anyone know something to make it work to donwgrade again to 3.2E.

did you install the HBC then upgraded to 4.0 with out installing any cIOS at all ?? please give more info ??

yes i did install hbc on firmware 3.2e. After that i would upgrade my firmware to 3.4E but i didn't know there was already a 4.0E firmware out there so. I only have HBC and the 4.0E firmware.
