I won't be using firefox 4 till the official non-beta release

beta2 is the real release for non developers

beta3pre is the new working version name in prevision of beta3, it's intended for developers (only ?) to test their add-ons on it before the Release candidate beta3 for non developers.

pre-release is not named firefox, it's named "minefield".
pre-releases are released each night on their ftp : http://nightly.mozilla.org check the link at the bottom for more versions.

If you don't intend to test each new version every day, just install the beta2, not the "pre".

I used to love Firefox, but now i just use chrome because it's fast. I do miss Firefox a bit.
