Gaming fire emblem:radiant dawn question

so i just finished path of radiance PAL version... i know that radiant dawn as a transfer save feature,but those lazy bums at NOE still haven't brought radiant dawn here... so i was wondering it is possible to use this feature with the ntsc radiant dawn using a pal path of radiance save or not?
