Hi, I recently began hacking Fire Emblem Awakening using its romfs. Right now I'm attempting to change Anna's character picture with a new custom character. I'm able to compress it into a ctpk file with the new image and the xml file in there but when I decompress it the image comes out distorted. I used the same dimensions and even bit depth as the original but it still distorted when compressed and decompressed. Any ideas. Here are some images for reference before and after.
