hi I have Eur 3ds. I found most popular games in eur cia format. But I want to add to these but having trouble finding eur CIA for theses.

My questions

I'm ok to to use USA RF games ? Or is there pitfalls for doing this ? Should I change region of console?
Or would I be better getting 3ds files and converting to CIA ?
