Gaming Final Fantasy 13-2 DLC

Right so basicly i was think as the dlc is coming out so you can get old ff characters so just wondering who would you like to see and what role and skills would they have?

Just a side not please can we have no fighting on this forum not worth it just a forum to express ideas so yeah i await your replies.

I wouldn't be surprised if (assuming that you mean characters like Squall, Sephiroth or w/e) that they would have some modified monster skills or something to avoid being overpowered. Like have Aerith/Aeris as a Medic but if White Wind was too good for a group heal then it could become inbalanced. Terra/Celes could be Ravager's with a nice pool of spells available, but as much as I'd like to see Ultima, that won't happen . Sephiroth could be a Commando since he is a melee beast..

I can't really think of anyone who would fit the sentinel role to the letter though... Cecil and maybe Locke (With his whole 'i'll protect you' thing').

Some characters I'd like to see would be Cyan, Red XIII & the Magitek Armour

Yeah i know what you mean about the whole overpowering thing. I think sephiroth would be a commando with a wounding skill just beacause its sephiroth.
The sentinel role I'm thinking Tifa,Zell,Gus Maybe Red XIII or Vincent and Yang Fang. But yeah as you guessed most of the people i think could be sentinels are mostly hand to hand combat fighters.

Fair point but would be cool to add some of the old characters abd their limit breaker moves.

Good to know. I am still trying to finish the missions in 13 and haven't yet moved on to 13-2.

I agree. I'd love to see Zell run in and start throwing a flurry of different fight abilities against the target

Hmm I didn't know it had 3, that does seem a bit much.. But anyway, FF VII was the first of the series to have an 'international' edition. The original JP release was different from the western release as it didn't feature the Superboss' Ruby & Emerald (IIRC) weapons, and there were some quality of life changes brought into the Western release like some changes to the materia system and controls or whatever.. And since then FF VII has also had a movie released off it, an anime OAV, a mobile phone game, Crisis Core etc... So I think it got milked alot more than X did for some reason, and I am pretty sure it is often associated as a 'fan favorite'

Just thought I'd add that.. OT Though, it would be surprising if Gilgamesh was not added into the game at some point. His theme music would also be a requirement
