Hacking "File Write Error O_O"

Its very wierd, my DS Fire link card worked perfectly for like 3-4 months, i downloaded Izuna2, trimmed it, put it on my DS card, now i keep getting "File Write Error" and the wierdest thing is that the izuna rom creates multiple sav files (like 5-10 at a time)
any help T.T, i dont have anyway to buy a new Flash cart for a bit.

even wierder is that even though i deleted izuna, the Sav file keeps popping up over and over T.T
