You just boot Atmosphère into whatever you are using (emuNAND or sysNAND) and while doing so (either by directly sending fusee-primary payload or by clicking the launch icon in hekate) you immediately press and hold VOL+&- until you get there. Super easy.

I don't know if I am already flagged on sysnand, I would have to ask on here if pegaswitch flags you.

Being flagged is not going to prevent you from updating your firmware.
