Hacking FIFA 09?

hello, I've seen some awesome patches for the pc fifas like CEP which adds LOTS of new leagues and player and tournaments to the game, but I would like to know it there is anyway to edit the game with trucha or something, like a custom guitar hero but on fifa!

is there any way or tutorial or existing project?
