I think it should work without any changes except from the image. Get Raspbian (or a debian image) and follow that steps.

I was told in another post it has something to do with the usb needs to be reconfigured but i don't own one so I'm not sure.

I'm currently working on getting pegga switch working on the pi and making them both run on boot

Ive worked with a little bit of lite-pi stuff. If you can get it to run from CLI, theres some ways to get it to boot fast, like buildroot

I dont have time tonight but I'm pretty sure chmod +x will work since its Ubuntu

Remember that this hack is not supposed to be tethered according to ktemkin's FAQ. They will probably come with a way to install a permanent CFW and chainloader - like the 3DS has - we just have to wait for Atmosphère to be released.
