Hacking Few questions

Im on a wii version 3.3u

Ive got homebrew channel installed.

I also installed waninkoko's Custom IOS36 rev 07 (w/ backup support) and menupatcher 1.0

Now, if i go to homebrew and run the menu patcher it reloads and sends me back to wii menu and i am able to play backed-up games?

I've not tried it yet, but am i missing anything? Ive read about downgraders but i didn't think i had to.

yeah it will let you run backups everytime you run menu patcher, it doesn't actually patch the menu.
it temporarily patches it. Basicly there is no point in menupatcher - gamma does reboot anyway
