anyone know how to edit the extdata saves? everytime i try i always get a black screen and it crashes the game. if needed i can upload both the `and ^.bak files

I just did it like normal. I used jksv to export it. then used the editor. and then imported.
Although some times it worked and others it didn't for some strange reason.

not really. I tried all of them until that one worked.

iam using latest FEFTwiddler 0.18.1
and looks like my support tab are greyed out
here's some alternative that i already tried from using previous FEFTwiddler 0.18.0 and 0.17.1
copying addonsData from 0.17.1 release and iam sure iam not using any gay fates hack or personal support expansions, etc
and iam sure my character in FEFTwiddler only shown character from revelation route and still the support tab are greyed out
are there something iam missing out? some bug? or maybe just my save?

So i have 3 saves (Birthright, Conquest and Revelation) and when i edit my conquest file in ANY way (like even giving myself ONE gold) the save wont load and crashes my system. I've been able to edit it previously with no problems (giving all skills, max gold, etc.) but now it just crashes all of a sudden. Is there a way to fix this?

Oh i do, i was just wondering if there was a way to allow myself to edit my conquest save again. The back up save loads fine but when i edit it even the slightest this happens

You can disable arm11 exception handlers in Luma Config Menu, as for editing yes you can edit the save

But it still doesn't load. What i was wondering is if i could take my back up and edit what i want but make it load rather than crashing. I have my working save and all i want is some dragon herbs. When i used FEFTwiddler and add the herbs it doesn't load at crashes. Is there a way i can fix this where it loads and i have the edits i want?

I'll have to second the post above. I wish the problem with the saves crashing could be solved. I don't know if bumping the thread will change anything but I can only hope...

Does anybody have a Gunter file with his stat growths set the same as Silas''s stat growths (or something similar) that i can load onto the save editor to replace the current Gunter?

Stat growths are not kept in the save file, but the game's Rom. You won't be able to change his growths unless you edit it manually there. I don't know how it's done, but I'm sure you could find out somewhere on here.

I'll admit it I'm a bit of a dummy. I play fates Birthright on citra and I really just want to give myself stuff like witch's mark but I have no idea what I'm doing wrong I get an error as soon as I load my rom into fefwiddler and now I'm wondering if this is only for homebrew and not pc emulator?

Is there any way to change the battle or visitor points? I'm assuming it's tied to the Rating file, but I haven't been able to find anything that would let me edit it.

You could use the FE Fates Nightmare modules to edit your GameData, which would allow you to change his growths.
Just google fire emblem fates nightmare modules and it should come up.
