Check your PMNo more unsavory then the bottles of piss for excuses the apologists expect us to drink.
Or maybe the 31 they gave it to are people with... you know, character? People who can keep secrets and hold trust.
I know this concept is foreign to you, but you must try to understand that these kinds of people actually do exist!

Don't forget there are also people who don't like to release things on the scene because they don't want to deal with the rampart drama that invariably follows discoveries and leaks like these

What are you even talking about? The only things that failoverflow showed publicly was a wiiu compatible version of HBC (which was released several months ago) and some hashes. Hashes != code. There was never any announcement of "HBCU - coming soon!" or even any confirmation of being able to run their own code. If you're making the assumption that posting hashes somehow implies a fully working, permanent, safe, easy to install system modification then that just shows how overblown your sense of entitlement is.Hence why I was asking why they even bothered to announce it. Is there anything wrong in wondering why it was announced?

No wonder I got confusedBecause they totally went and posted the threads about it here on GBATemp.
Oh wait, no they didn't. Other people are finding out and making the announcements, not them.

Exactly, I admit it. I take something and blow it way out of proportion. If something big happens to the Wii U hack scene, it would be on the front page. That's another one of the main problems. You and other users see any news about hacks at all, and assume that it's the people behind it making an announcement, and in your mind that constitutes a promise.

Instead we have to post articles like "Hey guys I don't know why you've been thinking things out of thin air, here's what's actually being said".![]()
