I am having some serious problems getting saving to work via my local network. Games will load and they will read the initial save files, but whenever the emulator tries to save it writes a 0 byte file back to the network drive.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

Write access is enabled on the drive and I have it setup under XP Pro SP2. I can post my settings.xml if that will help.

/me loves the simpler methods - just use an SD card to play. You can get one for five bucks and it'll store every NES game ever made. No need to stream and trouble yourself.

Thanks for the reply but I have an SD card and yes that works fine. However if I can tap my network resources I would prefer to do so.
