Hacking FBI stuck at Yellow Lower screen

Im trying to install a CFW on this Old 9.2 (non browser) 3ds. I have a sky3ds+ with cubic ninja on it and loaded ninja hax on it, through that i have installed themehax's which auto boots to the HBL. I have from here tried both mini pasta CFW and pasta CFW and then run FBI but every time it freezes part way through loading with a white and black lines on the main screen and a yellow screen on the bottom.

Any help is much appreciated, Thank you.

EDIT: i should note that this 3ds is not downgrade but upgrade to 9.2 via cartridge and is EU.

Follow this guide to install rxTools CFW.

I upgraded the 3ds to 10.3 and then downgraded to 9.2 I then followed a guide which went straight through.
