Hacking Fbi not installing

I am installing CFW (rxTools) on my friends 3DS (O3DS on 9.2 sysnand). My issue is that after booting into minipasta via menuhax and then launching browserhax to install the fbi injection tool/ and other CIA's. They end up on the sysnand, but not on the emunand like rxTools or Gateway modes.

The nands are unlinked, and I updated to the latest firmware on emunand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The injection of FBI should be to the health and safety app. Try checking that on emuNAND

If your nands are unlinked the cias wont show up in emunand after installing them in sysnand..

I also tried installing the fbi over the health and safety app via rxtools menu, but it gave me a TDI error. As for the unlinked nands, I checked the SD card on the computer and it has the two files in the nintendo 3ds folder.

Not so familiar with rxtools, but you could try using decrypt9 to inject fbi into your emuNAND. The two folders in nintendo 3ds means your NANDs are unlinked, one for sysNAND, the other for emuNAND.

I'll try decrypt9, thanks. Essentially I just want the CIA's to install on my emunand, but for some reason they are going on my sysnand.

When I try to inject fbi over the health and safety app with rxtools it says:
