Homebrew FBI Installing CIA Problem

I watched the tutorial on Youtube:

And I'm using 11.0.0-33, and, when i install ''FBI.cia'' and ''hblauncher-loader.cia'' it says: Install failed!!!

SO, PLEASE HELP ME!!!

We already told you. You can't install FBI on 11.0. You can't install Luma3DS on 11.0. You can't install CIAs on 11.0. You can't install A9LH on 11.0. Your only option is to get a hardmod or a second 3DS with CFW.
