Hello I am having some trouble here. FBI has dissapeared from my home screen. I re-injected it to the HS app to try and reinstall but it gives me an error. does anyone have experience with this?

Are you definitely booting into a signature-patched mode? If you inject FBI in sysNAND, then boot your console normally, it will have disappeared (but will be back again once you boot a sig-patched mode).
I'm using Luma. Is there an option to not boot sig-patched mode? Sorry I don't know much about this I just follow Tutorials well.

Having the same issue. I'm going to install emunand9 as a payload and reinstall the modified h&s app there and then clone the emunand to the sysnand
Sometimes things fail to install if the ticket is still there (not sure if that's still an issue). Try removing FBI first, if it's on the list, then installing it.
I had issues like you're describing (vanishing icons) when my SD card started to fail, be careful, backup often.
