ROM Hack FBI freezes/crashes when loading titles

I'd like to import a seed with FBI, but whenever I go to titles, as it's loading at some point it always freezes, requiring me to restart the system.

Any ideas how I can get around this?

Also, redownload and install v2.4.8 as I believe this has been fixed.

Whoops. I misunderstood utilities to mean 3DS utilities in general, not specifically hacking/translating utilities.
