I recently downgraded to 9.2 and installed Luma. Already installed Code of Princess successfully with FBI.
There already was a import.db and title.db in dbs folder, i created a new one like said here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/fbi-injection-cannot-install-cias-help.393594/

Didn't help, changed everything back to the state before where code of princess worked.

I guess the problem is that this is some modded CIA?

did you create a new database file if you did you mus activate them by going into settings- data management- nintendo 3ds- sofware, and you should get a message giving you a reset option click it boot back in fbi and should work.

Bad download?
- No resume downloading
- No multithread downloading
- No poor Internet connection
- Ask uploader to upload rar/7zip with recovery instead of CIA to avoid bad download report

Try finding the titleid in FBIs ticket list and deleting it, then reinstall the CIA. Make sure you delete the right ticket though.

Did that, didn't work.

Downloaded from 2 other sources, as well as an unmodified cia. Download is ok.

How do I find the correct ticket? The long ID I posted in the first post is nowhere to be found in the ticket list.

Nothing worked so far... appreciate any help.

Got same problem when I tried to install Monster hunter 4 ultimate, any idea how to fix this?

Maybe try some different CIA installer, such as big blue menu or devmenu. Or it might be bad cia file.

Thing is I can install CIA's like HBL and I installed hyrule warriors and tomodachi life before, but can't install this one for no reason at all, been searching and no results at all

Some CiA file can't be installed using FBI. Try Big Blue Menu or devmenu as installer for cia if it work. Also check if your sdcheck still have memory left? <---- that might be a problem too.

Okay I will give it a try, downloading big blue menu right now, and I do have memory space, thanks in advice

Okay so I INSTALLED big blue menu and I can not see the CIA I do want to install

Don't use Big Blue Menu, get the new Dev Menu 11 which is basically the same but better.

Edited the message, alright so I checked and apparently the cia was corrupted for some reason, renamed it to MH4U instead of monster hunter 4 ultimate and it worked better...? Installing right now Ill say if I get results

Okay it failed, it says:

That's normally caused by a bad download, or having a bad ticket for the title already installed. Quickest solution if it's a bad ticket is open FBI, go to Tickets, find the game titleid, press "A" and select Delete Ticket. Then try re-installing the CIA file.

If that doesn't work, it may be a bad CIA file.
