Hacking FBI error

Yesterday I cfw my old 3ds xl, and after successfuly hacking my console, i launched homebrew then fbi, after that, I get this error message when I try to install any cia, can anyone help me, i tried several sd card, micro sd card with several adaptator, and non of this have worked

That's weird. I have a JPN o3DS and everything works perfectly when I install my *.cia files.

It can be case of a bad *.cia file. Where did you get your files? Did you follow THE guide?
