Hacking FBI error 'FAT operation denied (250)'

I am trying to redownload FBI through homebrew inject, i keep getting the same error code for anything i try to install

Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xC92044FA
Level: Status (25)
Summary : Canceled (9)
Module: FS (17)
Desc: FAT operation denied (250)

I have a new 3DS, on Sys 11.6, newest godmode9 and luma.

EDIT: Problem is solved, did 'First Aid' on SD card on Mac in Disk Utility. Windows equivalent should solve it as well

I am getting this error when I try to delete a certain CIA. It installed just fine, but won't delete.
