Homebrew fbi crashes to red

i have a 2ds xl new and im running homebrew steelhax / subwars method. i have copied fbi to the 3ds folder and can see fbi in homebrew. i launch fbi but just hangs at a red screen.

any ideas? do i have the correct fbi app?
