Hacking FBI.cia failes to install

Hello,

I've been trying to install RxTools according to this tutorial. Unfortunately I've encountered quite unusual issue: When I got FBI on my SD card and launched it via Menuhax it launches properly FBI 1.4.17. I wanted to install FBI.cia from root of my SD card but when I select it for installation I get error message:
Install failed!

Module: MODULE_NN_AM (0x20)
Level: LEVEL _PERMANENT (0x1b)
Summary: SUMMARY_iNVALID_ARGUMENT (0x7)

Does anyone know why it fails? I have downgraded O3DS with 9.2E.

You have to have signature patches and a way to go to homebrew other than menuhax.

I think something went wrong with the downgrading. What firmware did you downgrade from?

I encountered this problem yesterday, Start of HBL then start MiniPasta, once its boots you into the homescreen boot back into HBL then install FBI

Thank you all for quick replies - I've done as dontay0100 said - I first run miniPasta and when I get back to homescreen I opened browser to run HBL via QR code - from there I selected FBI again and it installed properly.
