Homebrew FBI can install 3ds files

I'm fairly certain it doesn't have everything. There is one game in particular I haven't found on there.

I haven't tried it for myself (CIAngel master race!), but I thought it used the eShop server(s) to download from, in turn, allowing for every game to be downloadable. It may not though, as, like I said, I've never used it.

It will only show games that the title key has been dumped for.

There is a database (encTitleKeys.bin) that needs to be filled in by owners of the titles. If Noone has submitted a key for said title then you can't download it. If it is available in cart format you could always convert it to a CIA to install or find it on another site... They're not called ISOs btw.

Unfortunately, the only way to downgrade from 11.0 (which is the firmware version I presume you're on) is to get a hard mod.
