I'm about to install FBI so I can load CIAs, but I heard it cannot do modified CIAs like fan translations?

I really wanna play fan translations so what do you recommend I do?

FBI and BigBlueMenu can install modified cias and fan translations, don't know where you got that but it isn't right.

9.2 or lower of course.
