Homebrew FBI.app not showing up?

Whenever I attempt to inject it using the guide to downgrade to 2.1.0,it never shows up,with hs.app or whatever as the only option. I know I have the file in the files 9 folder,I checked with GodMode9.

Is there a fix for this or am I just screwed?

Press up or down. Ensure that the injectable FBI file you have is the correct one for your region and 3DS type.

I imagine your region is USA. Do you have an Old or New 3DS? What is the name of the injectable FBI file you have on your SD?

That's probably what they meant. 2.4.2 is the one to use. Inject that into the Health&Safety app, OP.

If you're certain that you're using the right file and it's in the right place on your SD, the only other option you have is to menually inject FBI into your own hs.app that you dumped.

That's probably what they meant. 2.4.2 is the one to use. Inject that into the Health&Safety app, OP.

File is located in /files9/,so I'm pretty positive I did everything right

If you're certain that you're using the right file and it's in the right place on your SD, the only other option you have is to menually inject FBI into your own hs.app that you dumped.

Not the one you dumped, the one on the system. The one you dump is to restore the hs.app back to the original.

OP, go into hourglass9(start+power on) then go to SysNAND Backup/Restore>Health&Safety Dump, choose hs.app. Then when done press B to go back. Go to Health&Safety Inject and choose the FBI injection.app. Then follow the guide for the next steps.

Have you updated to 11.2 yet? Those injectable files only work on 11.2.

Are you using the D-pad? The analog stick won't work.

I just chose to manually inject FBI 2.6 with my own hs.app dump since I had the same problem

Uses .Net framework and administrator permission
Extract the injector in a folder, place any version of FBI.cia and your private dump of hs.app of the correct 3ds(don't use the same hs.app for multiple 3ds just for safety) in the same folder
So it would be like if you had folder named "injector", it should have the injector, FBI.cia and hs.app in it, then run the injector with administrator permission or you'll face .Net framework errors, after http you finish the process injectable FBI.cia will appear with banner and no banner just choose the banner one and you'll be able to navigate it in hourglass9

No problem. For whatever reason some devices don't like installing the pre-made FBI .app, doing manual injection seems to work for people who face this issue though.

I'll have to keep that in mind as I haven't ran into that problem yet.
