Homebrew FBI 2.4.1.1 error + FreeShop error

So, today I have a great one for you guys. FBI doesn't install .cia It only gives me a error: 0xF9608022.
Now FreeShop makes me want to kms, I've being trying to install Pokemon Sun/Moon and when the download bar is by the middle it says that the SD Card was removed but when I tried to install Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire it finished it but gave me an error: 0xC86044D2.

O3DS, So far only PKMN SM .cia.

It may be the CIA itself...try any other CIA you have to see if it'll work, otherwise, use DevMenu (Which is the Official Nintendo CIA Installer, 100% Guaranteed to work if there's nothing wrong with the CIA)
