I ran a search first, and nothing came up, so I hope this hasn't already been done before. I'm curious to hear folks' favorite game terms. Not game-related stuff, such as "noob," "pwn," etc., but something like 1Up, double-jump, and the like -- stuff from actual games -- any time period, any genre.

Press X to Jason (also a good replacement to anyone who played God of War: Ghost of Sparta, Press Down to Deimos)

Button mashing.

Grinding.

Teabagging (one of the few lol terms to come from Halo)

Falcon Punch!

EDIT: A few more...

ULTRAAAAAAAA... COMBOOOOOOOO!

Fatality!

Finish Him!

GET OVER HERE!

You're too slow!

Attack its weak points for massive damage!

Level Up!
It looks like _____ is about to evolve!
Objection!
Hold It!
Take That!
Those may not be my favorites, but they are some of the first to come to mind.

NO SCOPE

Okay, now seriously.
I like the term "desperation move".
And I can't really think of anything else...

EDITZ: Button mashing and grinding are cool too.

"It's super effective!" - Pokemon

The *huh*/*humph*/grunts from when a character jumps, 'specially in older games.

"Here we go!" - Mario
