I'm a big RTS/TBS fan, and as much as I suck at actual warcraft or starcraft or Red Alert: C&C, I just can't get over the fact of how cool it all is. Perhaps it's part of being Asian (South Koreans, after all, go gaga over anything blizzard and the neighboring countries aren't all that far behind)
So, I wanna ask, what are your favorite units in any RTS/TBS? There's a lot of games, a lot of units and a lot of strategies, I know, but there are some that are so kickass whether you win or lose. Just make sure to accurately identify which game they come from, to avoid confusion.

Protoss Dark Templar - SC1: Brood War
Zerg Lurker - SC1: Brood War
Night Elf's Demon Hunter - Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne
Russian (?) Tesla Trooper - RA: C&C2
Assassins and Paladins - Fire Emblem
Haven't played SC2 yet, but Protoss Colossi look cool from what I see of pro replays.
