Hacking FAT ERROR

Alright, I need some help:

I just got my SuperCard one in the mail with a 2 Gig MiniSD Card

Well I installed Moonshell as an OS and when I boot it up I get "FAT ERROR"
I sent into the Self Check thing and it came up with this:

Test Flash
flash id ok!
flash ok!

Test sd card
sd ok! no find test file

Test Psram
psram ok!

Now SuperCard DS version:
English Ver1.01

Test Finished

Help would be most appreciated

Make sure you've downloaded the correct OS for your specific device from the Supercard website. There are three OS releases for three products: non-SDHC, SDHC-enabled, and DSi-capable. You might have downloaded the wrong one.
