No. Famiclones can barely run the games they're supposed to run, let alone literally anything else. Best you could do is swap the PCB with a Raspberry.
I imagine you could swap out the NES rom(s) with the right know-how, but without anyone dedicating themselves to famiclone modding (which I'm not aware of any such modding scene, but they certainly could exist), you'll be out of luck in getting it done on your device.
