Hacking Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Elder scrolls oblivion.

I have a PS3 OFW 4.xx. I want to get Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Elder scrolls oblivion. But in all three games I want to unlock the Map markers with console command. I want to port these saves to the PC version, enable the console commands and then port it back to the PS3. If this is possible for skyrim then it should be possible for these too correct? Cnn someone tell me how?
