Hacking Fake Brick w/ Combination?

Is there a program anywhere which upon Wii boot will make the screen just black,
unless a certain key combination is pressed (aka: Up, down, left right.)

Otherwise, how can I semi-brick a 3.2 Wii (and still have it fixable...)

You can do this wuth preloader 0.29, but it's only for 4.0 PAL console atm.
