Hacking Question Failed to start CFW when uninstalling Custom Menu

I need someone to help me. I was using a custom Wii U menu on my Switch. But I wanted to delete it because it did not show me the hours of game that I had within my users. When I delete it and restart it, I get an error after displaying the Switch icon.

Please help me. I have a problem here with Atmosphere and Kosmos. When uninstall a custom theme I got this error:

How do I resolve this? He urges me, because I can not use the CFW
