Hello! As the tilte says the problem is i tried to run atmosphere as usual but i cant enter into cfw beacuse of that error! any help or ny information that can help me! also i tried to run hekate but it says 1-bit mode my sd card runs well in normal switch configuration i dont know what to do

It means that one or more datalines to the SD card are physically not connected.
The SD card has some sort of backup mode where it uses only 1 dataline to connect to the Switch.
Hekate can detect this and warned you about it.
The Switch will not work with this 1bit mode.

Plug your SD card in your PC/MAC and see if it can read it.
If the PC/MAC can't read it, your SD card is likely broken.
If the PC/MAC can read it, there is something wrong with your SD slot on the Switch.
Some Switches have some issue with the SD slot's pins detaching from the motherboard.
Unless you have the equipment for that, I would suggest finding a local technician to fix that.
Usually it's nothing more than reconnecting the SD card reader pins to the motherboard.
