Homebrew failed to locate takover object OOTHAX 11.6

I am 11.6 and install OOTHAX all works but after I press A button it comes failed to locate takover object...
I have install newest starter Kid and download newest otherapp payload named otherapp.bin in root

I need help

oothax was blocked on anything above 11.0.0.33

on wiidatabase and here for working exploids are oothax working for 11.6
