Hacking Failed to apply 1 firm patch error. PLEASE HELP.

I haven’t used my 3ds in a few years but when i recently booted it up I seem to have accidentally updated the 3ds. I don’t believe it got through the update as I powered the console off as soon as I noticed that I did so. But now the device is giving me the Failed to apply 1 firm patch error. I believe I am still on A9lh and my luma3ds version is 8.1.1. I tried to update my 3ds and all other new versions directly onto my sd card but when I load it back up with my 3ds it still showing luma3ds version 8.1.1. Is there anything else I can do here?

If you're on Luma3DS 8.1.1, then you have B9S installed. Download the latest version of Luma3DS and put the boot.firm onto the root of the SD card.

I haven’t been in this site for Lord knows how long! I’m having trouble my N3DS. I’m pretty sure putting the latest stuff on my micro sd card will do the trick, guys.

@Lacius knows that. he'll probably have to update b9s as I don't think the latest luma works with anything below 1.3, but I could be wrong.
