EZ5 and EZ4 updates.
EZ5 stable and EZ4 patch update.
The EZTeam have released updates for the EZ5 and for the EZ4 fixing some of the games since last release.

EZ5 Update.
1.86h has been released. 1.86 is the current stable line of the kernels, it has the same fixes as the open beta 8 from yesterday but lacks the features of the open beta (as well as the issues). Note EZ5i users need to use 1.90 open beta 6 or later, all other EZ5 models can use this kernel.

But here we are talking about Stable kernel. This feature is only available in Open Beta and don't you remember what Beta mean ?

Beta or not, it just proves that the ezflash team are inept as ever at fixing bugs, other flash cart manufactures release a single stable fully working firmware with all features fully working, without all this open beta excuse shit.

No. I'm not agree with you. Every coders will not be agree with you. Beta programs are what the word Beta mean : not finished and with bugs.
With open beta we have the opportunity to help in debugging thing instead of waiting for the final release.
TeamCyclops also release beta firmware and those firmware have bugs.
It's the way beta things goes ...

Those "other" flashcarts would mostly likely just use private alpha/beta testing. The downside of that would be that it's small scale and may not catch the more obscure bugs if there are any.

Open betas are on a much bigger scale with it being open to the public and has a bigger chance of finding obscure bugs, although it helps if people report the bugs properly rather than what alot of people do and say "it doesn't work" with no other info on it.

Anyways, if it's not a RC or Stable build, then you shouldn't really complain that an unfinnished piece of software has bugs. That's just retarded.

Sadly beta and the way which it is announced is rather clear. Your personal preferences for running only final builds is yours , no one put a gun to your head and made you install the open beta ...

None of you have a clue, their software is always unfinished and bugged ridden... obviously none of you have ever owned any of their earlier slot 2 flash carts.
