Hacking EZ-Flash V Probs

hi I just got a EZ-Flash V and have been having problems with games freezing :'( and coming up "game removed" dont know what to do if anyone can help that would be good.

Hi,

What MicroSD card (brand, size, any other marks on the card, country of manufacture)?
What formatting (right click -> properties in Windows), FAT or FAT32?
Many games, or few?
Sporadic, or does it have any pattern (e.x. freezes during fast paced parts ingame)
Any physical defects in the card? Do you have any issues with regular carts?
