From your description, you probably downloaded the incorrect ROMs, because as long as it is a normal CLEAN ROM, running on EZ-FLASH OMEGA, there is no need for any patch.
I think you must have one of the old cards - I've got the EZ-FLASH Omega, and it just works. If I have any complaint about it, it's just that it seems to take quite a bit of current - I understand this have been improved in the "definitive edition", but since I don't have one I can't say by how much.

OP heated af maybe you need a new sd card or update your firmware or maybe not download them from secthy websites where you have to do "Win a $500 KFC giftcard" to verify it and then get a exe where it downloads 17 viruses.
Use. better websites. for. roms. Look around for some good ones. ones that look LEGET.
Is there any reason for being THAT toxic not supporting your posts with some facts? Is the purpose to just spill out your anxiety while having some bad experience?
I've been using this flashcart for some time and had some problems with some aspects. But throwing down some emotional phrases here just look stupid and for no reason.
Could you please be more specific on your specific problem if you are looking for help and want the forum members to help you out on solving your specific issue? Otherwise, could you please kindly just keep your opinion out of this forum? This looks very impolite.
P.S. I have just checked that out: "Denki Blocks" works perfectly fine on EZ Flash Omega. As you were told earlier either use proper SD Card or just use clean rom file. There's hardly any other reason of getting bad experience.
with rollback you have no input lag on your end, it feels identical to playing offline. if your opponent countered your move before you saw it happen on your end it "rolls back" to that state. eg. lets say you do a jump-in roundhouse you might see them get hit for a split second but then you get dp'd out of the hitting animation cause your opponent actually anti-aired you in that split second you just didn't see it until slightly later when the packets arrived. imo its way better than playing with input latency
