Ez flash Junior does not advance from "Osinit ..." Help!!

Hello!! I acquired 2 weeks ago my EZ-FLASH Jr. But out of nowhere it stayed on the loading screen in OSINIT ... I already tried many kinds of Micro SD (Even the red one that they recommend) I also tried other compatible Gameboy systems and it continues the problem, I read in this forum that there is a recovery tool ... could someone send it to me to test? Thank you so much!

The recovery tool only for someone using the FW5 RC5 firmware. It doesn't look like you have this problem.

Oh I understand, I already did everything in that post, so what can I do? The screen appears like this, the only thing I have not done is the "BGA chips, S71" is that the real problem? Why does this happen? (I would like to know the reason to learn more "I do not have a heat gun, how else could I do it? Or is it better to return the cartridge? The same thing happens to me in any Gameboy system, whether modified or 100% original @EZ-Flash2
