Hacking Ez flash 3-in-1 real tim clock

Hi im looking fo a real time clock patcher for my gba roms, ive tried gbata for pokemon and that works fine but in my dragonball z games it says:this game will not play on this hardware found in dragonball z legend of goku 1??? and when i play dragonball z the legend of goku 2 it doesnt save.
